PARIS
Yes that right the next city is Paris
I had a little trouble navigating the French train system as the machine, are far different than any ticket machine I have seen thus far. but with a little help from a local, I was able to purchase the ticket I needed to get to Paris. (thank you, kind stranger).
So I arrive Check into my hostel and go for a walk  (I find this is the best way to figure out my way around a city). when I get back to the hostel after about 20km of walking and wanted a beer (St Christoper's Gard du Nord), So I hit the Hostel bar to try and meet some people, I meet a couple of guys from Canada and hang out with them for the evening (one of them worked at the hostel as the bar manager)
Then the next day I go for a walk and to see the Eiffel tower, and the Notre Damn ( my louver ticket is for the next day

But before I left met Joeri (From Gent) before I left in the morning we got along quite well.
When I get back Joeri is sitting in the smoking area with a couple of other people having a couple drinks so I join them these other people turned out to be Lilly (from Australia) and Ruth (from the USA, but lives on a Sailboat in the Carribean and just finished the Camino trail)
after a little while, we all went to meet up with my Old Friend and Sigma Chi Pledge Brother;

Fritzroy, whom I had not seen in probably 15yrs. Somehow we lost Ruth so I left Joeri and Lilly One a Corner and asked them not to move while I go look for Ruth.
I was not able to find her so I went back to the corner and met back up with them, we all walked over the bar where we were to meet Fritz and his friend Micheal.
after that, a few drinks and good conversation were had.
I was happy to see Fritz had found himself and was in the process of Stating a Scaff/Handbag Company.
After a few drinks, Lilly Joeri and I Head back to the hostel for the night.
The Next morning I meet Oleg (a Bulgarian, that lives/works in NYC). Oleg was in my room.
and we walk to the Louvre together.

He was not able to get a ticket so we went our separate ways with an agreement to meet up and watch the Football (soccer) game later that night.
once I was done at the Louvre I Met Fritz for dinner and couple drinks
We grab a table a few hours before the game, Later on, Joeri, Lilly and Ruth met up with us, and we all watched the game.

the next morning we all met up to plan out our day, we decided to go see the catacombs ( I was pretty excited), the only thing we didn't plan for was the Yellow Jacket protest that started after about an hour in line and that caused the catacombs to close for the day. So we all just went for a walk.

Joeri and Lilly both had to go home and their trains left around 2
Ruth left around 3 so now it was just Oleg and left for the night.
I took off for about an hour to go See Jim Morrison's Tomb (more or less to piss off an old friend from high school)

The next day I left Paris but I will never forget the friends I made or the times we had
I hope to make it back at some point in the future
